How can I be sure of the quality of refurbished equipment?

Our technical team rigorously tests all equipment sold by us. We are so confident that we offer a one year warranty*. In addition, we also only buy stock from trusted suppliers and they only become trusted suppliers by consistently adhering to our high quality standards. We make sure your hardware is 100%, every single time.

What warranty is your equipment sold with?

All of our hardware is fully tested before being delivered to you and comes with a one year warranty*. If you would like to extend the warranty, let us know and we can discuss the options available to you.

* One year warranty applies to corporate & end user customers. 90 day warranty offered to brokers

How much will I save?

Our equipment is sourced from our trusted network of both local and European suppliers.

iNet Group sources new and used Cisco equipment at the lowest possible price point. We pass these savings on to our customers typically saving them 50-90% off list price

Where do you source your equipment?

Our equipment is sourced from 2 different channels:

A European broker network with whom we have many years of successful experience. These companies (like ourselves) trade with end users, vendors, distributors and resellers to buy excess stock or decommissioned equipment.

UK and European end users. We buy hardware from companies who have upgraded or decommissioned equipment from their network, or from companies who have gone into liquidation and need to realise the cash value of their IT infrastructure.

What’s the benefit of purchasing pre-owned equipment?

Companies buying pre-owned networking equipment can save as much as 90 percent off manufacturers list prices.

What type of testing do we complete?

We are ISO 9001 certified and adhere to a quality management procedure to ensure that our customers receive the equipment that they purchased from us ready to be used.

All equipment is subject to the following checks:

Physical Inspection to ensure no damage to the device

Equipment is restored to factory default

If required one of our Cisco certified engineers can configure the device ready to be installed

Devices are run over an extended period of time to ensure that there are no recurring issues

All customer asset tags/identifications are removed.

Which courier will you use for the delivery on my purchase?

iNet Group uses UPS for domestic shipments. For international shipments we use both Fedex and UPS shipments. We can ship for a next day delivery to most global destinations. Should your requirement be urgent we can deliver to you same day.

Can I trade in my old equipment?

Should you have any redundant Cisco Stock we can either buy it out right; part exchange it against new equipment or hold it as a credit on your account to be used against future purchases.
