We understand that occasionally mistakes happen and that the best companies fix the ones they do make in such a way that the customer knows they are top priority. If your equipment has a problem within the warranty period, please contact us and we will take care of it immediately to minimise downtime. If we have a replacement in stock, we will ship it out straight away. If its not in stock and we can't source it within 48 hours we will issue a refund in a timely manner. If a problem occurs after the warranty expires, contact us and we will see about replacing it at a discount.
